Who we areWhat we doContact Flat FourMembership details

Flat Four is open to anybody who owns, has access to, or is building a Volkswagen and enjoys having a good time. Flat Four is very participation oriented.

Flat Four has a reputation for being a modified VW club as we have many modified vehicles in the club, but we welcome any person with a Volkswagen to join us. In fact, we have a number of standard cars on vintage registration. We are open to all types of Volkswagens whether "stockers", custom, air cooled, water cooled, late model, early model, Cal Look, Baja, Rally, Beetles, Type 3s, Kombis, Karmann Ghias, Type 4s, Passats, Golfs, Polos, New Beetles, VW based kit cars, VW powered others, exotically powered VWs...

We are an extremely visual club with our yellow and black club shirts, making us easy to recognise. We are like a big family, welcoming parents with children, and extending associate membership to the companions of our members.

Attend car shows (both VW and non-VW), camping weekends, drag racing events, cruising days & evenings, BBQs, picnics, parties, observation runs, drive-in movies...

We encourage all members and guests to come along and join the fun.

See our What's On page for details about upcoming events.

We use to host a major show annually for all Vee-Dub owners/enthusiasts. The show was called the Flat Four Shootout (show and swap-meet). See the Shootout page for more details. Unfortunately logistics have prevented us to continue holding the show at this time.

Please do not hesitate to contact us or come along to our meetings or events.

Our meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month (it's best to phone or email us to confirm first in case it clashes with a Club event). You can bring yourself and/or your partner/spouse/family/friend to the KFC at the Crossorads Homemaker Centre, usually from 6.30pm for an informal feed and a chat. We then have a short drive to the Liverpool Catholic Club (cnr off Joadja Road and Hoxton Park Road, Hoxton Park) for the official meeting which begins at 7.30pm.

Prospective members need to attend three Flat Four events before formally applying for membership. These three events can consist of cruises, outings with the Club or attending the monthly meetings. This ensures that you have a good feel for what the Club is about and it helps our members get to know you better also.

Click here to get a copy of the Flat Four Membership Form and view the membership details. The format of the form is a PDF file which needs to be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can click on the icon below to obtain a copy of the program if you don't have it installed on your computer already.
