Flat Four is a very 'participation' based club. Many events are held over the year to suit all tastes. Some favourites of the club are attending car shows, picnics and even the occasional dinner!

Visitors are always welcome at events, in fact it's a great way to get to know some of the members before taking the plunge and joining a club. It's always a good idea to contact us during the week leading up to an advertised event just to confirm that it is still going ahead as planned.

Saturday 28th - Plough & Harrow Park
Within the Western Sydney Parklands at Cecil Hills off Elizabeth Drive. We will be meeting at Koshigaya Park at 10.30am and crusing to this park for a sausage sizzle lunch. Please ring Murray if you are going to partake in lunch for numbers.

Saturday 20th - Flat Four SUPERCRUISE
Meeting at the Liverpool Catholic Club at 1.30om for a bbq lunch before the cruise. 1.5 to 2 hours of cruising, mostly on country roads (please make sure you have a full tank). Finishing back at Plough & Harrow Park at Cecil Hills. Sausage sizzle, dribkw, tea and coffee, raffle, People's Choic judging. Entry fee $10.00 per car. Sunday 2nd - Blast From The Past 2010 - Berry
The Shoalhaven VW Club is holding their annual "Blast From the Past" event at the Berry Showground, Berry (9.00am to 3.00pm). Format is a static display. This is the "relaxing" VW event of the year without all the fuss of car classes and judging. The sole award is for "VW Car of the Day" which is selected as the people's favourite.

Saturday 22nd - VW Nationals Supersprint

Sunday 23rd - 2010 VW Nationals Show and Shine

Friday 11th to Monday 14th - June long weekend Kangaroo Valley camping
To be held at Glenmack Park (click here to view their website).This is instead of the usual Club run to Mogo on this weekend. There is camping and cabin accommodation available. Please ring Dave for details and let him know the what you require so he can make a booking. $50.00 deposit required at the March 2010 meeting.

Thursday 29th July - Monday 2nd August - 2010 VW Spectacular at Valla
Starts with a 2 day timed event racing at Raleigh Raceway on the Thursday and Friday. Saturday includes the morning cruise into the township of Nambucca. On the Sunday there is the Show 'N Shine, swap meets and firewworks. Please see the website here for further details.

Held over the October Long Weekend - annual attempt at the Kombi gathering record. Local food and wine festival and markets. Club members usually go up for the long weekend and camp over longer! More detail to come. Please keep an eye out here for the official even information.
